We're establishing our presence in Australia with the appointment of Hayley Dobbs as Operations Manager, bringing over 15 years of local ticketing expertise to guide our growth in this exciting new market. This market expansion builds on our existing relationship with Trafalgar Entertainment, Theatre Royal Sydney's parent company, which began in the UK in 2023. The Right Person for the Market

Hayley brings exactly the experience we need to establish Tixly in Australia effectively. Her extensive background in the live entertainment and ticketing industry includes over four years as General Manager, where she developed deep expertise in SaaS implementation, customer success, and managing geographically dispersed teams across international time zones.

Her role involved streamlining processes for operational efficiency, driving adoption of new features, and maintaining high customer renewal rates - all directly relevant to what venues need when adopting new ticketing platforms. Having worked across business development, project management, and customer service in the Australian market, Hayley understands both the technical requirements and relationship aspects that make implementations successful.

Starting as Sales Executive in 2009, Hayley progressed through increasingly senior roles including Service Delivery Manager and General Manager, giving her comprehensive understanding of the entire customer journey. Her experience coordinating teams, managing complex software implementations, and ensuring smooth go-lives will be invaluable as we support Australian venues through their transition to Tixly.
