Making an Impact with UPLevel Leadership
At Tixly, we’re all about collaboration and learning, which is why we’re proud to sponsor the UPLevel Leadership Program again this year. It’s always an honour to support initiatives that drive growth and innovation across our industry. This year the program focuses on the more invisible parts of DEIA, how to lead a neurodiverse team.
Alongside UPLevel, our team is hosting two inspiring sessions. Aren Murray, our Operations Manager in the US, will lead "Let’s Get Our Ducks in a Row," a practical and engaging workshop for tackling those ever-growing to-do lists and finding balance in a hectic work environment.
Meanwhile, our Managing Director, Hrefna Sif Jónsdóttir, will host "Breaking the Stereotypes: Leading as a Woman in Global Landscapes." Drawing from her own experiences, she’ll explore the challenges and opportunities of leading across cultures while building inclusive teams that thrive.
