For Tixly, it was an opportunity to connect with others in the industry and showcase how our tools can help cultural organisations navigate the evolving landscape of event ticketing and audience engagement.
We played an active role at the conference as a sponsor, exhibitor, and presenter. As part of our participation, we delivered sessions that tackled topics relevant to cultural organisations today:
Hrefna Sif Jónsdóttir, our Managing Director, led a session on “Balancing Act: Nurturing Mental Health and Work-Life Harmony in Today’s Workplace.” This session explored the importance of mental well-being in the workplace, offering practical approaches to help teams find balance and support long-term resilience.
Magdalena Menheere, Tixly’s Business Development Manager in the DACH region, presented “Tailor-Made Without Manual Work: Automated Customer Journeys Using Tagging, APIs, and Basket Rules.” Using real-world examples from Tixly clients, Magdalena highlighted how automation can simplify operations, improve customer experiences, and free up valuable time for venue teams.
Our booth was also a busy space throughout the conference, providing a chance for us to connect with ticketing professionals and share how our performing arts ticketing software can help venues improve their operations and engage audiences more effectively. We invited participants to help us build a LEGO jazz band model at our booth to wind down and exercise their creative side, as many of our Tixly team members are avid LEGO enthusiasts.
Insights and Inspiration
The conference highlighted how the arts and culture sector is constantly evolving, and how important it is for venues to stay ahead by adopting flexible, innovative tools. The discussions at the event reinforced our belief that collaboration and forward-thinking solutions are essential for supporting cultural organisations in the long term with their event ticketing needs.
At Tixly, we remain committed to helping venues simplify their ticketing processes and better understand their audiences through our ticketing platform, enabling them to create experiences that resonate.
Looking Ahead
As we look back on our time at the Audience Success Conference, we’re excited to apply the insights gained and continue working with cultural organisations to help them achieve their goals. Our mission is to support venues in providing seamless, intuitive ticketing experiences that benefit both staff and audiences alike.
