Jenni, our new Client Service Specialist, brings a wealth of expertise to our Finnish branch. With over 10 years of experience playing the flute in symphony orchestras in Finland and Sweden, she is no stranger to the culture and arts industries that Tixly focuses on. Her time in the performing arts sector and experience as a flutist in orchestras gives her a unique understanding of our performing arts ticketing software and our customers' needs. In addition Jenni has worked as a teacher and educator, making her the ideal addition to our team in Finland supporting our clients using the Tixly ticketing platform and training new ones.
Jonathan, is our Technical Support Specialist which is a new role at Tixly. With a strong technical background and expertise in technical testing, optimisation processes, and flaw finding, he is ready to support Tixly's clients with infrastructure, printers, scanners, and other technical matters. Jonathan will be part of our Swedish team while working globally and will make sure our technical elements are in sync. His extensive experience will be key in streamlining our event ticketing system with technical hardware.
