Maria Kronqvist has joined our Swedish team as a customer success representative and will be a part of our global customer support team.

Maria has strengthen our support team in Sweden. She comes with great ticketing experience previously working long term as a ticket administrator at the concert hall in Gothenburg, a venue that also have been using the Tix System for several years.

Sveinbjörn Hafsteinsson has joined our team as DBA/Dev Ops.

Sveinbjörn Hafsteinsson is joining as a DBA and Dev Ops manager with a focus on ensuring the scalability and security of our global server network.

Sveinbjörn or Svenni as we call him has over 15 years of experience managing high scalability databases and complex data warehouse projects from companies in gaming, fintech and healthtech such as CCP Games, Meniga, Wuxi NextCode and Arion Bank.

Svenni is also a certified Yoga teacher and musician that is not a stranger on the stage on some of the most respected concert halls here in Iceland when he sings with the renowned choir Fjallbræður.
