Through the implementation process we have had great cooperation with the team from Het Concertgebouw which ended up in a successful go-live yesterday, Monday the 8th of November. The transition included the conversion of more than 10 years of data from the previous system, including millions of tickets, orders, subscriptions, customer records, customer tags, memberships etc all aggregated into the Tix data warehouse and synced to Salesforce. 

The Tixly team is very proud to be working with such a respectful organization, it is a magnificent concert house and the cooperation with the representatives from Het Concertgebouw has been rewarding and effective.

With the Concertgebouw Tix is also delivering ticketing functionality to the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest) and to two friends associations and a magazine linked to them. In total five websites are connected to their Tix account.
